• Passport (front and back-single pdf)

• University application fees -900SEK - 4 courses can apply with this single application fee

Documents required for Sweden Student Visa

• Once a student has paid the tuition fees, we need to apply for visa application form 

• Once the visa application is complete the following documents have to be uploaded 

      • Copy of first and last page of passport. 

      • A completed questionnaire 

      • A written consent from parents/custodian if student is under 18 years of age 

      • Decision Letter (Offer Letter) and Acceptance Letter from the University in Sweden. 

      • Payment receipt of the initial tuition fees deposit. 

      • Financial Documents 

      • Swedish Institutions would be providing health insurance cover which is specified in the Offer letter and included in the fees. However the student should purchase health insurance for the period of travel and upto the point of enrolment at the institution in Sweden.

• After successfully completing the above the student can pay the visa fees of SEK 1500 with a Debit/Credit card online.
