Eligibility Criteria for Studying in Ireland

Academic Requirements:

  • Undergraduate Programs: Completion of secondary education equivalent to the Irish Leaving Certificate with good grades. Specific requirements depend on the course and university.
  • Postgraduate Programs: A recognized undergraduate degree with a satisfactory GPA. Some programs may require work experience or a specific undergraduate major.

Language Proficiency:

English: IELTS (usually 6.5 or higher), TOEFL (79-90 or higher), or other accepted tests.

Financial Proof:

Proof of sufficient funds to cover tuition fees and living expenses.

Visa Requirements:

Non-EU/EEA students need to apply for a study visa (D-type visa) after receiving an acceptance letter from an Irish institution.
